We have had a letter in from one of our customers today which really summed up what team building events are about:
"When we booked our motivational day out at Teamworks Karting, we wanted to thank our staff for such hard work during a difficult last two years. We also wanted to take them on an activity which emphasised team performance. The team racing format at Teamworks Karting not only helped us achieve that, it also was so much fun, that for staff who had previously been quite 'shy',it has really broken the ice. Two days later and it is still the hot topic in the cafe! Thanks so much."
